Re: E BAY PURCHASE.

Top class finds, both Ian and Jon!
I've been well off the Subbuteo buying scene for a few months, so it's excellent to see that rare teams at bargain prices still come up.

Re: Ref. 294 Newell's Old Boys Machine Printed Version

Incredible money! I known little or nothing about LWs, so I can only assume this is one near the top of the rarity stakes?

Re: Shipping from America

Lot of fold for a beer glass mate and 40 holes shipping is strong no matter how much fluff you put round it, verbally or physically Aye, I keep telling myself it'll even out in the end: pay over the nail for one thing, then pick up another at a snip. Maybe managed to do that tonight – a load of unp...

Re: Shipping from America

I've just secured a WW1 item from America: price £71.69, with tracked shipping of £39.54.

Not looking forward to the customs slice .....

Though I'm hoping it's a price worth paying.

There's a lot about and as a result dont fetch good prices. I have 3 or 4 sets which i have had on ebay a few times and taken to Renishaw several times and never sold. Which is the reason why I've been selling groups of 40 x figures from these boxed sets for a couple of years now – and turf the gre...

Expensive newsprint ffs....

whats thoughts the 306?
I thought the 'orange' on the 306 was pretty bang on.

Really didn't like the 'watery red' (etc) on the 304.
