H/W COLLECTING

Postby bocspur » 13 Jun 2018, 13:04

Hello new on here and looking for help/advice from those with the subbuteo knowledge. I have just the last six months started collecting h/w teams. I played the game some 40 odd years ago and used to collect and play as a boy with my cousins and friends. Moved house recently found the old subbuteo stuff i had left did a bit of research, started playing again in a league and got into collecting the old h/w teams as i once did as a boy blowing all my pocket money. Have brought from the usual places and managed to buy quite well usually large lots resulting in selling surplas to fund more purchases. I have 74 teams in total a few rare ones but the rest pretty standard and now am looking for more sources to purchase teams.
Does anyone on here have teams for sale if so please get in touch I try to avoid ebay generally although to be fair have not had any bad experiences but have only brought a couple off there.
Thanks in advance

Hi, welcome to the forum.
If you go to the for sale and items wanted sections on this forum you should have a bit of success.
Also, there are lots bought and sold on the various groups on facebook,
In October there will be a collectors fair near Sheffield which is always a good place to get stuff
