So........having started the stadium project.....how many supporters do you need to give it a good lived in feel......?

A "complete" Subbuteo stadium (16 grandstands and 4 corner terraces) will take around 6000 spectators, but 3000 will definitely do the job, my friend. Put them in randomly and they tend to fill up quicker.

Thank you......I'm going for 6 Grandstands and 10 single story terraces, so hopefully will need fewer.... :D

Yeah I'd say about 4000 to fill up that stadium but you can get away with about 2000 to 2500. Just get a few mini flags and have them cover bits of the terraces to take up space and give the effect of ultras going all out to support their team ;-)

By the way, it's easier when the stands are coloured (either the red or blue terraces). The contrast of the grey or tan somehow requires more specs to "fill" the stadium.

In saying that, here's a stadium section jam-packed with spectators

Perfect thanks, although it's tan terracing for me.......and about 1500 spectators to go then....... :D

I've got around 5,500 in my stadium. I have four already-filled corner terraces if you would like to look at them? Be more than happy to negotiate a price should you be interested.

I can't quite get them to fit properly so just have grandstands at each end and and terraces that run down the length of the pitch.

Loving the stadium photos, pure classic match atmosphere.
