Re: What goals do you recommend?
Well I'd have to say metal NNs are my favourite option because the ball rebounds properly without the need to pin the goals down ..the only difficulty with metal NNs is that heavyweight style keepers suffer from a little bit of restricted mobility as the plastic rod clashes with the metal back/bottom bar ... Stops you reaching high shots ...

Re: What goals do you recommend?
I was, although the ones I use are the smaller equivalents.
They may be a bit old-fashioned for the modern big occasion matches, but they suit me fine and I really like them.

Re: What goals do you recommend?
The ones in your link are the standard N's - locally we use NNs but yes they are the smaller version of those goals , I've got the plastic version too and as I say I've never managed to break any or see anyone break any in 45 years of playing saying that if you knock them over and accidently step on them then its easy done ?CrashSubb wrote: ↑01 Oct 2018, 19:44Are you talking about these ones?Brunshawroad66 wrote: ↑26 Sep 2018, 10:56Well I'd have to say metal NNs are my favourite option because the ball rebounds properly without the need to pin the goals down ..the only difficulty with metal NNs is that heavyweight style keepers suffer from a little bit of restricted mobility as the plastic rod clashes with the metal back/bottom bar ... Re: What goals do you recommend?
Hello,
Today was the day that I bought the goals. I opted for the Italia 90 goals, because the metal ones were out of my budget, and the Italia 90 were the best looking ones.
Thanks,
Crash

Hello
Here they are!
They are Italia 90 Goals, but it's the La Leggenda Red Edition.
Only need help putting the net into them :/
Thanks,
Crash

Re: What goals do you recommend?
It's a bit of a fiddly job. Worth using a bit of cotton to help secure the net to the frames.

Try to make a good job of 'em, Crash, 'cos this might happen if you don't fit 'em properly.

Thanks!
Maybe I'll glue the net where it needs to be in place, for bigger chances of "balls not passing the net, into the floor" xD

Re: What goals do you recommend?
Glue probably won't work very well as there's not much surface area for the glue.

Re: What goals do you recommend?
attach the nets public park style with bits of white cotton and reef knots then cut off the excess, use tweezers and a magnifying glass
