Finally assembled my goals, and fortunately didn't need any other tool. The net is just a little too tight on the base.

The metal goals I have had from SW are superb. Best goals I've ever bought, don't move when the ball goes in and durable, obviously very unlikely to break too!

There's only one design of metal goals available to buy on SW at the moment. A few years ago they had a pretty good selection. The metal goals do look well, though.
Carpet football sucks.
