Im new here so thought I would say hello and introduce myself.

I had a huge collection of Subbuteo in the 1980s but as the 1990s began and my teenage years were coming to an end I discovered alcohol and girls and so chucked the whole lot (including both the Sport Billy and hockey box sets :O :O )

Now I’ve just hit 40 and have realised that girls are more trouble than they are worth so i'm getting back into Subbuteo!! My first project is to try and get as many of the Arsenal teams as I can - I’ve got around 12 so far.

Hey all, I'm new here. I'm from the north-east of England, and have spent a bit of time lurking around. I'm part of the 'new generation' if you will - not old enough to remember the golden age of Subbuteo - but still fascinated by it. Not entirely sure what else to say here but yeah, hello.

Hi there, and where about do you live in the North East?
It all seems very easy, this revolution game
But when you start to really play things won't be quite the same
Your intellectual theories on how it's going to be
Don't seem to take into account the true reality

Hello, newbie alert. :D

I've recently been bitten by the Subbuteo bug. Maybe not your typical member as I'm not really into football (league at least) but I do love the World Cup and the Euros. And I'm not revisiting a childhood love as I never had Subbuteo when I was growing up in the 70s and 80s, although it was something I wanted.

Just starting out so will probably have some basic questions for you guys and looking forward to contributing to the forum and joining in the banter.
