Rosehill House ? Rose and Crown on the A682 Manchester Road is ,I think, the only one within walking distance probably be okay in there to be fair ..better pubs are out on the outskirts but Rosehill isn't a bad area

Yes that’s the one. Great I’ll leave my stab vest at home. Was thinking of taking a look at Turf Moor.
I like to visit grounds if I get the chance.

also a pub called the General Williams opposite side of the road both five minutes walk from Rosehill House ... you can't miss the Turf you can see it from virtually every road into town , if you've not been before you will be surprised how small the town is

Yeah I’m looking at google now....it’s not that big.
I’m working on the air navigation aid near Todmorden.
It always amazes me how close the towns are up north.
I always navigate by football teams....must be so many local derbys.

When we played Huddersfield in December I was back home in our chippy at ten to six ... we stayed until the end and had a twenty minute walk to the car and still got back within an hour of the final whistle ... loads of grounds within an hours drive . Todmorden eh ? mmm well if you come straight into town from Todmorden you'll be coming through my neck of the woods and can't really miss Turf Moor
