1950's style non league stadium

Postby flick2kick » 28 Oct 2014, 15:08

Hi everyone, not been on here for sometime now, but have not been idol as I have been busy building my own 1950's style non league stadium. I will try and get some photos up as soon as I can, by the way does anyone know if I can buy any 1950's style figures I want to use them as my spectators.

You may want to have a pitch for the period. Muddy or waterlogged.

Very neat, has an authentic 1950's feel. I see you have one of the Vintage Days pitches, does it play a lot slower than baize ?

The pitch believe it or not is a citadel battlemat, the type they use for war gaming and it very fast if played with any subbuteo ball and a little slower if you use a vintage days ball, I am also looking into different types of spray paint effects to maybe add some muddy patches to give it that real authentic feel.
