Hi everyone,
Thought I would create 1970 cup final,
Early days and will add numbers,

Going to try the transfers,never done it before!Then going to varnish.

Good idea, I've yet to see anyone make a decent job of painting them.

One coat varnish,
Numbers fiddly but look ok,

Now on to Chelsea!

i'd recommend some matt varnish, and shake it really well! you should really only need one coat otherwise you start to fill in all the nice creases and loose the detail, of course hw purists won't use any varnish.

Thanks for advice,
Did actually use one coat of Matt,
Think the lighting makes them look a bit glossy!
Main reason to seal the numbers after using the other fluids advised,
Do think I got Billy Bremners hair pretty well!
