Yes I think so Paul .. to be fair I think most of the rules are simple enough on the baize but are often difficult to write down in a concise fashion ?

They cover more grey areas than any other rules, and the fact they have hardly been amended since god knows when, says it all

Spot on. I don't agree with them all but the fact that they're unchanged since (I believe) 1978, from memory, speaks fecking volumes.

Sorry if this has been covered already. Can one figure be flicked more than three times in a row when blocking?

As I understand, the answer is yes, but one of the real experts of the rules may know differently.

Definitely. Don't know of a rule set which prohibits that. :study:
