Different bases for a team

Postby SweSaint » 28 May 2017, 18:11

I've been reading the forum for the last year or so. Subbuteo is an interesting game, but being Swedish I doubt I'll never get a game played against anyone as Subbuteo is more or less non-exsiting here.

Anyway, my question is if it's legal to have different players on a team on different bases?

In organised events it is, if you are at home, then its your rules that count.

Thanks. I suspected that. It was just a thought as in the real game each player has different attributes.

It is in Finland .. mixed bases and figures but traditional style only

"The main things are that polish is not allowed, pro bases (or other FISTF game bases) are not allowed, smallest original subbuteo ball, wait for every defensive flick, play to a moving ball only allowed in shooting area when shooting for goal, and a team can have even 10 different type of figures in the fiels at the same time (for example Walker, Scarecrow, LW, lw with hw base, hw with lw base etc.). In the best quality leagues we also use the crouching keeper as the free standing keeper."
