My Tango Ball broke!

Post by CrashSubb » 14 Sep 2018, 10:17

Hello,

I was playing a match with myself, when I scored a goal. The ball passed the net, falling onto the floor and breaking in half!

How can I fix this?

Thanks,
CrashSubb

Use the really thin glue for model kits.
The ones that come in a little bottle with a brush built into the lid.
Humbrol Liquid Poly or Tamiya Extra Thin.
Just a thin coat on the part that will be hidden inside.
Leave it for a minute then put the 2 halves together.

Are you sure that Croid Glue helps here?

Ok :lol!:

This is my only Tango ball, and even if I can put it all together, it breaks again if it falls to the floor

You could try playing on the floor, err, Crash. This would definitely solve the problem of the lonely constantly breaking Tango ball.
However, this immediately creates another problem. Sore knees !!! Which I still suffer from to this day, unfortunately. Wish I'd borrowed me Grandad's kneepads when I used to play on the floor in the late 60's, early 70's.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing, or so they say.

Other Tango balls are available, btw, and in different colours. I particularly like the orange Tango (I mean the Subbuteo ball, not the fizzy drink).

Playing on the floor isn't a great solution for me
My sister broke one of my beloved Zeugo Barcelona players, because of playing on the floor.

Edit: Also, I don't have the space :\

But, at least, I can play with the Tango, but it will break 40% of the time when I score a goal.

Well, I will try to glue the ball with that Brush Glue thing :fadein:
