That was not a joke my friend - Oven cleaner is indeed what is generally used to remove gloss paint from hand-painted figures - ask anyone .

English humour pal I do apologise but we often enjoy sarcasm in this country , nothing personal 😂

The oven cleaner on Hand Painted team is a suicide.... but since the team is very ruined I could give it a try.

The oven cleaner is exactly what you need to remove gloss paint from the matt original ..lots of us have used it on gloss-painted heavyweight teams to reveal the original matt below - ask for some advice on the Italian forum someone on there will tell you the best way to do it
