Desperation strikes

Postby PeteJS » 15 May 2017, 19:37

And yet another Verona from this seller. He's sold more than SSG ever did. And at times I wonder why I don't bother with feebay anymore.
Current spares: Brescia x2 light blue inner, white outer, PMs please if you can help.

In my opinion it is easy to see what kind of teams they are ....
As a collector just a look and I go forward.
If there are gulls that may not understand the differences with genuine Subbuteo teams .... why do destroy them the dream to own "rare" teams ???

Check out his 139, its a 18 painted up. The blue he has used for the band on the shirt is a different shade to the shorts and socks, and also the red is the wrong shade

The issue is not entirely what this guy sells, but where they go. The next seller might not photograph them so well, or might be included a job lot.
Do that a couple of times and you might be the one buying the 139.

Admittedly the 115 looks wrong from any angle and so is an easy spot, but you probably get my point. He currently sells a Verona every two weeks. How many are out there? Could you spot one in a quick piece of job lot buying?

He has or had another ID which he uses/used for buying. The Wales team is one of mine, I have on sale for £12.99 and not limited Edition

I was chatting to a mate from Italy the other day, and he says that there are some Italian collectors who buy HW teams, regardless of if they are repaints or not, they just want a team in that particular Ref Number. There are folk over here who are the same. Luckily there are not a lot of fakers about compared to a few years ago

Its like everything else in life, each to their own, if folk want certain things, then so be it.
YOU NEED TO GET A SHOP ON EBAY, save relisting all the time Mark, list an item do it as goods til cancelled and thats it until its sold.
basic shop is £18 a month
