Sorry Mark my old mate but I can't.

Dont think i have ever spent more than £40 on a team.

But when you bid for the slotcar you felt it was worth it and i am sure you will get a lot of satisfaction from it.

Hey we have seen HW teams sell for ££££££ on E-bay and I am pretty sure some of them werent kosher. That will make you feel better.

I know Skell doesn't like to mention it, but I seem to remember him paying what I think is still the world record for a team a few years back.

As long as it makes you happy, who cares....that's my motto. If you can afford it, why not.

Many people spend that on drugs, booze, fags, women, meals out, hiss ups, concerts, football and don't get the same thrill as owning or having something that you are really passionate about.

Enjoy....money well spent if it makes you happy.

spent £100 on a few teams over the years.

Always found i could offset against teams I've picked up for a steal.

Swings and roundabouts.

end of the day - if not happy and it plays on your mind - can always sell it on.
