Just imagine.

You find an old dusty suitcase in the attic with "Subbuteo" emblazoned on the front in large black felt tip letters. :-\

You carefully brush off the cobwebs and the dust. :Fade-color

Tentatively, you unzip the suitcase, careful not to spoil any of the treasures that may be contained within.

With anticipation you peer inside. "This is just like Christmas", you think to yourself. :xmas:

And then the realisation hits you. "Ohhh noooo, it's a load of bl**dy lightweights."
Carpet football sucks.

With 17 managers since relegation from the Premier League ...

... and anything from 7th to 17th looking like our anchor point in the Championship each year ...

... now with Orta in charge of recruitment ...

... and without the ability to even come up with a decent design for a new club crest ...

... it doesn't look like any kind of recovery is on the cards any time soon

Its the great attraction of football that fortunes can change dramatically in a short space of time. Remember both Leeds and Brighton in League One a few seasons ago.

Thanks Jon, but not as high as I would like. Its a very nervous experience being in this Premier league, unless you are one of the top six.

Look at the clowns that own West Ham now, Prem is no guarantee of a well run club
Managers out of comic books too
Bored to FLICK

The Championship is a more entertaining and equal league Jon, most teams can beat the others, and most have a realistic chance of promo or top six. In the prem success for most outside the top six is NOT to be relegated. Give me the Championship any day over the Prem.

i know what you mean mark and i suppose when and if leeds eventually get back to the prem then we will be taken over by diving mercenaries and most the talk will be of who was or wasnt sent off and was it or wasnt it a penalty etc.
however i dmoss the games against man u,liverpool, arsenal etc on a seasonal basis
