One individual song is pretty hard, depends a lot on mood.

If it's desert Island Discs style then it's a bit easier. Slightly.

Pink Floyd: Bike
Laurent Garnier: Crispy Bacon
Skatalites: Guns of Navarone
Public Enemy: Fight The Power
Mr Lif: Live From The Plantation
Led Zeppelin: Black Dog
A+E Department: And The Rabbit's Name Was ...
Primal Scream: Don't Fight It, Feel It [can't find youtube link]
The Pogues: Dirty Old Town
The Animals: House of the Rising Sun

Well I kinda deviated from the original question anyway. When you get to 44 it's hard to have 'a' fav song.

Easier to list the worst songs I reckon

But Ian,

You only get 8 discs on your desert island :lol!: Which two you gonna bin?

Re: Your favourite song of all time

Way to hard so I'll have to do the old desert island discs and choose ten 10 I'd take. Mind-you this day and age you could argue you'd just take the ipod with all your fav's on it ;-)

Cheap Trick I want you to want me
Pink Floyd - Time
Clash - Bank Robber
Guns n Roses version Wild Horses
Aerosmith - Crazy
Fleetwood Mac - Albatross
Alarm - Rain in the Summer time
Japan - Life on Tokyo
Def Leppard - Hysteria
Muse - Startlight

Crikey Finger,

If I'm ever down, either of these two would finish me off!! :lol!:

Please let me know if you will be in Durban when you visit SA again, I will definitely meet with you. It would be stunning to have you over on my side of the planet

Ciao!

Vik.
Hi Vik

Durban is a bit far... as we do all the work in OR Tambo and at the DHA HQ in Pretoria. However, if I can I might take some time off and plan a visit to Durban!

There is so much going on this summer... in SA, the Lions, Conf Cup (we have tkts for this)... won't get bored working for the SA Govt!!!!

Umberto, is that Running Up The Hill a cover of the Kate Bush classic?

Vik.
Vik...

Check this lot out & buy the album.Right up out street. This single playing is probably one of the weaker tracks.
Trust me you'll like it.
