My initial thought was that it was a 78 and the over/dark shirts was to hide the black stripes.
I asked him about the piece of green tape on the lid, if it was hiding a clue to the original team. No answer.
His first message said I was taking the hiss and unless he signed off as “Richard”, his final word was “Dick”.
He’s had a porn CD on his other items for sale plus lots of creams and kit for what I think is a colostomy.
Being a repainter is bad enough but being abusive when you’re called out is another level.
His English is shocking, so I’m painting a picture of a simpleton with low morals.

Surprise, surprise, despite messaging me on Friday to say that the parcel hadn't been returned yet and the Royal Mail track & trace only showing that it was posted on Monday, nothing since, I've had a full refund today!

Big question now is, what feedback to leave Mr Garry Stephen Owens.

His feedback for me was "Scam & ripped out merchant" (sic)

He also called me a "Dick".

If I was him, I'd be expecting both barrels!

I see no negative feedback has been left. Always a difficult one leaving a neg. As primarily a seller on ebay I always steer clear of giving negatives, although I'm not much of a buyer. I can't be doing with the person you've left negative feedback for getting their friends and family to buy your items then giving you loads of grief. Sometimes it's best just to walk away and get on with other things.

He's had one Neutral and 3 Negs in the past 6 months. Two of the Negs were for HW teams 178 Ayr United & 276 Tomar from unhappy buyers.

as I said earlier in this thread....with only a BRIEF look at his buying feedback I found several of the teams he has bought & subsequently repainted

Isn't it technically fraud?

Yes it is, its technically theft by deception.
